Our Needs

Right now, we have 150+ applications for these trips. A
$7.00 sponsorship would pay for one veteran's lunch, a
$250 sponsorship would pay for one veteran's entire
trip. These trips are completely free to the veteran. For
most it is not possible to afford such an trip. Many do
not have the stamina for an 8 hour bus ride each way
and many can not leave their spouse for that long. That
is why we are flying. We will be there and back in the
same day. We will provide a lunch and snacks,
transportation around Washington D.C. scooters or
wheelchairs. The purpose of Honor Vets Flight is to fly
America's veterans to Washington D.C. to visit the
Memorial that has been dedicated to honor their
sacrifice. Our purpose is not to make money.
